O.I.B. Plans To Conclude Public Offering Of Petkim Shares In April

ANKARA - Metin Kilci, chairman of the Privatization Administration Board of Turkey, announced on Monday that the board was planning to conclude the public offering of Petrochemical Industry (Petkim) shares in April.
Kilci told a press conference that public offering circulars would be published on April 10th, and the public offering would be concluded after final bids were received between April 13th and 15th.
Petkim's shares would start to be transacted at the stock exchange on April 21st, Kilci added.
