ANKARA - Turkey is closely monitoring the developments which occurred after the second round of the parliamentary elections held in Kyrgyzstan on March 13th, the Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday.
The Ministry stated, ''we hope that these incidents and differences of opinion will be overcome through dialogue and within democratic means, and without any need for use of force.''
Turkey was attributing importance to maintenance of positive developments recorded by Kyrgyzstan after it had gained its independence, and safeguard of its political stability and public order, the Ministry added.
