ANKARA - The High Tribunal continued hearing the cases of former State Minister & Deputy Prime Minister Husamettin Ozkan and former State Minister Recep Onal on Tuesday.
The Constitutional Court, acting as the High Tribunal, decided to listen to seven people including Selcuk Demiralp, the former undersecretary of Treasury, as witness during the next hearing.
The court adjourned the hearing to April 19th, 2005.
Former ministers Ozkan and Onal are accused of alleged irregularities and abusing powers by implementing wrong and illegal policies that caused the State to lose money.
The two politicians may face imprisonment terms between 1 and 3 years if convicted.
