ANKARA - Justice & Development Party (AKP) Group Acting Chairman Faruk Celik said on Monday that any legal change was out of question which will make possible a re-trial for Abdullah Ocalan, the head of the terrorist organization.
Celik said, ''the government does not have any study on this issue. I am not aware whether such an application was made to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).''
