Edelman: U.S. Always Supported Turkey's I.M.F. Programs And Economic Ideals

BURSA - US Ambassador in Ankara Eric Edelman said on Monday that the United States always supported Turkey's International Monetary Fund (IMF) programs and its economic ideals.
Edelman, who visited Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, stated that relations between Turkey and the United States were important.
Edelman said US supported Turkey's European Union (EU) membership, and expressed belief that both economic and political relations between the two countries would continue increasingly in the coming years.
