Marking the two year anniversary of the IDF raid of a Gaza-bound flotilla ship Mavi Marmara in which nine persons were killed, Humanitarian Aid Foundation (IHH), which is the initiator of that journey, performed morning prayer and a meeting held onboard the ship early in the morning.
Family members of victims were also present during the events. IHH Head Bulent Yildirim said that all these events demonstrated that except 9 Turkish people who were killed in the raid, we are all together here. “The ship is docked here, but our journey still goes on,†Yildirim said.
