RAMALLAH, West Bank - Palestinian leader Mahmud Abbas on Tuesday pledged to end the chaotic insecurity in the occupied West Bank and Gaza Strip in an address to parliament.
"We must continue efforts to consolidate the rule of law, end the security chaos and guarantee the security of citizens under one legitimate, armed authority," Abbas told the 10th session of the legislative council.
