BUCHAREST - Greek-Orthodox Patriarch Bartholomew I, who is currently in Romania as the guest of Romanian Patriarch Theoctist, will attend a religious ceremony on Saturday.
Bartholomew I will attend celebrations to be held on the 120th anniversary of autocephalous structure of the Romanian Patriarchate and 80th anniversary of its organization.
He will meet President Traian Basescu of Romania, and visit Turkish and Greek embassies in Bucharest.
Patriarch Bartholomew I is expected to return to Turkey on March 7th.
