FRANKFURT - US computer giant IBM plans to close two sites in Germany, which would entail the loss of 600 jobs, the services sector union Ver.di said on Friday.
Affected would be the employees of IBM's unit, IBM Business Services, in Schweinfurt and Hanover, Ver.di said.
"We're not going to take this lying down," vowed IBM's Ver.di representive, Rolf Schmid.
