Illegal Demonstration In Izmir - Clash Erupts Between Demonstrators And Security Forces

IZMIR - Clash erupted between security forces and a group of demonstrators during an illegal demonstration in western city of Izmir, sources told the A.A on Saturday.
A group of members of the Democratic People's Party (DEHAP) held an anti-militarist demonstration in Izmir.
The group dispersed after the press release. However, a second group attempted to hold an illegal demonstration.
Security forces warned the group to disperse immediately.
Demonstrators threw stones on security forces, and a fire-bomb on a police vehicle.
Security forces used tear-gas to disperse members of the group.
A full investigation into the illegal demonstration is under way.
