Where will Seyf Gadhafi be tried?

Libyan Justice Minister Ali Khalefe Ashur reaffirmed that the International Criminal Court raised no objections to Seyf being tried in Libya, and said when the trial would start was going to be made public after the completion of the investigation.

The court, however, released a statement in which it said that there was no such decision made its judges.

Seyf Gadhafi accused of having committed a crime against humanity was apprehended in November by the militias of Zintan.

Seyf Gadhafi, kept in Zintan, is not allowed to contact with his lawyers.

In the meantime, the provisional government in Libya has suspended the memberships of the delegates of Benghazi.

The National Transitional Council buildings in Benghazi was attacked by the demonstrators who accused the administration of acting slowly in carrying out reforms and corruption.
