Minister Delegate For Foreign Affairs Of Luxembourg Schmit Due In Turkey

ANKARA - Nicolas Schmit, Minister delegate for Foreign Affairs & Immigration of Luxembourg, will arrive in Turkey on February 28th.
Turkish Foreign Ministry stated on Friday that Schmit will meet Turkish Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul the same day.
''This is the first visit on ministerial level from Luxembourg which assumes acting Presidency of the EU in the first half of 2005,'' said the Ministry.
Recent developments in Turkey-EU relations as well as preparations in Turkey in the eve of the start of EU entry talks will be discussed during meetings Schmit will hold in Ankara.
