Emitt 2005 Exhibition To Be Opened On February 24th

ISTANBUL - East Mediterranean International Travel & Tourism Exhibition (EMITT 2005) will be held in Istanbul between February 24th and 27th, 2005.
EMITT has been organized since 1997 with the sponsorship of the Turkish Ministry of Culture & Tourism and Turkish Airlines (THY).
Nearly 50 countries are expected to take part in this year's exhibition.
South Asian countries including Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and India, which were heavily affected by the earthquake and tsunami disaster on December 26th, will also take part in the exhibition.
An ''Indonesian Night'' will be organized on February 25th to promote this country.
On the other hand, 18th International Hotel & Restaurant Equipment Fair (HOTEQ) will also take place in Istanbul between February 24th and 27th.
The fund to be raised from EMITT 2005 and HOTEQ will be donated to the survivors of the tsunami disaster in southern Asia.
