Avalanche Kills Two People In Hizan

HIZAN - Two people were killed in an avalanche two days ago in Hizan town of eastern city of Bitlis.
Sources said that Maruf Inan (35) was stuck under the avalanche near Aladana village in Hizan, two days ago. Search and rescue teams reached his body late on Sunday.
Meanwhile, Hamza Karabas who participated in search and rescue efforts was also stuck under the avalanche early on Monday.
Nearly 700 people participate search and rescue efforts in Hizan, it was reported.
