High Tribunal Starts Hearing Cases Of Ozkan And Onal

ANKARA - The High Tribunal started on Tuesday hearing cases of former State Minister & Deputy Prime Minister Husamettin Ozkan and former State Minister Recep Onal.
For these cases, the Constitutional Court delegation is acting as the High Tribunal.
Former ministers Ozkan and Onal are accused of alleged irregularities and abusing powers by implementing wrong and illegal policies that caused the state to lose money.
The two politicians may face imprisonment terms between 1 and 3 years if convicted.
