Turkish Singer Sertab Erener To Visit Southeast Asia

ISTANBUL (AA)- Famous Turkish pop singer Sertab Erener will pay a visit to the tsunami-stricken regions of southeast Asia tomorrow (Sunday) and deliver the medical equipment purchased with money collected from an aid concert. Erener will be accompanied by a search and rescue team named GEA from Turkey.
''We will visit Sri Lanka and its surrounding to deliver the medical equipment that we bought through the sale of concert tickets,'' said Erener.
Erener's concert succeeded in the collection of about 100,000 U.S. dollars.
