KIEV, Feb 4 (AFP) - Here is the list of the new Ukrainian government headed by Prime Minister Yulia Timoshenko who was confirmed in her post by parliament on Friday:

Prime Minister: Yulia Timoshenko, heroine of the "orange revolution", leader of the centre-right Batkivchina party.
First deputy prime minister: Anatoly Kinakh, head of the Union of Entrepreneurs and Industralists, a former prime minister.
Deputy prime minister for European integration: Oleh Rybachuk, close ally of President Viktor Yushchenko and member of his Our Ukraine coalition.
Deputy prime minister for humanitarian affairs: Mykola Tomenko (Our Ukraine).
Deputy prime minister for administrative and territorial reform: Roman Bessmertnyi, became one of the main organisers of the "orange revolution" after first working as Yushchenko's campaign manager.

Ministers:
Foreign affairs: Boris Tarasyuk, former foreign minister (Our Ukraine).
Family and youth: Yury Pavlenko (Our Ukraine).
Culture: Oxana Bilozir, popular singer (Our Ukraine).
Defence: Anatoly Hrytsenko, director of the Razumkov Centre for political and economic research and Yushchenko's deputy campaign manager. A reserve Colonel.
Ecology: Pavlo Ihnatenko.
Economy: Serhiy Teriokhin (Our Ukraine).
Education: Stanislav Nikolayenko (Socialist).
Energy: Ivan Plachkov, director of partially privatised energy company Kievenergo.
Finance: Viktor Pynzenyk (Our Ukraine)
Interior: Yury Lutsenko (Socialist).
Justice: Roman Zvarych, (Our Ukraine), born to a Ukrainian immigrant family in the United States, where he trained as a lawyer before returning to live in Ukraine after independence.
Agriculture: Olexander Baranivsky (Socialist).
Industry: Volodymyr Shandra (Our Ukraine).
Health: Mykola Polishchuk.
Emergency Situations: David Zhvania, (Our Ukraine), a businessman who according to press reports helped to finance Yushchenko's presidential campaign.
Labour: Viacheslav Kirilenko (Our Ukraine).
Transport and Communications: Evhen Chervonenko (Our Ukraine), a businessman close to Yushchenko.

Head of National Security and Defence Council: Petro Poroshenko (Our Ukraine), wealthy businessman, close ally of Yushchenko.
Presidential administration chief: Olexander Zinchenko, Yushchenko's campaign manager.
SBU Security Service chief: Olexander Turchinov, top figure in Yulia Timoshenko bloc.
