Microsoft rules out appeal against EU court ruling

BRUSSELS, Jan 24 (AFP) - US software giant Microsoft does not intend to appeal against a European Union court order that upheld EU sanctions in an anti-trust case, a company spokesman said Monday.
"Microsoft will not appeal the court decision on interim measures (sanctions)," the spokesman told AFP.
