ANKARA, Jan 13 (AFP) - Two people were killed and three others were injured Thursday when a freighter train derailed, just 200 meters from the main station in the Turkish capital, an official said.
All casualties were personnel of the train, Mehmet Ayci, the spokesman of Turkey's railway authority, told AFP.
The derailment followed a failure in the train's brakes system, he said.
