Decline In Unemployment Rate Continues

According to Turkish Statistics Institute figures, the jobless rate dropped in July by 2.2 percentage points compared to the same month last year.

According to ILO and the OECD figures, Turkey is among the countries where unemployment rates keeping falling rapidly.

State Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Ali Babacan said the unemployment rate at year-end is expected to be 12,2 percent.
