ADAPAZARI (AA) - A Turkish court released on Wednesday the engineer of a non-stop high-speed train that derailed near Pamukova town of northwestern city of Sakarya in July, killing 38 passengers.
Adapazari Criminal Court decided to release engineer Fikret Karabulut, pending trial.
The court adjourned the hearing till March 4th, 2005.
A non-stop train derailed near Pamukova on July 22nd, 2004, killing 38 and injuring 80.
