IZMIR (AA) - Pakistani Consul General in Istanbul Muhammad Riaz said on Wednesday that bilateral trade volume between Turkey and Pakistan should be increased from 300 million to 1 billion U.S. dollars in a year.
     Riaz, who visited Salih Esen, chairman of the Executive Board of Aegean Region Chamber of Industry (EBSO), proposed to bring Turkish and Pakistani businessmen together, and contribute to increase of bilateral trade.
     On the other hand, Esen said that businessmen under the umbrella of EBSO could visit Pakistan to meet Pakistani businessmen and industrialists in the new year.
