RIO DE JANEIRO, Dec 23 (AFP) - Italian giants Inter Milan are on the verge of signing Brazilian goalkeeper Julio Cesar on a three-year deal from Flamengo, the player's agent said on Thursday.
"The negotiations are at an advanced stage. Now the player will undergo a medical examination," Josias Cardoso told Brazilian radio.
If the deal goes ahead, Cesar will become the second ex-Flamengo player on Inter's books after striker Adriano, the club's top scorer.
