Israeli Attack On Aid Ships Protested In Ankara and Istanbul

ANKARA/ISTANBUL - Groups of people are protesting the Israeli attack on a convoy of six aid ships in Ankara and Istanbul on Monday.

A group of people waving Palestinian and Turkish flags have gathered in front of the residence of Israeli Ambassador in Ankara Gaby Levy.

They are chanting slogans against Israel.

Police did not allow protestors who attempted to close the road in front of the residence.

Security forces have taken tight security measures around the residence building.

In Istanbul, a crowded group of people has gathered in front of the Israeli Consulate General to protest the interception of ships.

Tight security measures have been taken around the consulate building.
