Atalay: Each Thesis Of Turkey Has Legal Basis

BRUSSELS (AA) - ''Each thesis of Turkey has legal basis,'' said Turkish State Minister Besir Atalay on Thursday.
     Atalay, who is currently in Brussels for EU Summit, spoke to Turkish correspondents.
     Upon a question, Atalay said, ''Turkey does not behave emotionally regarding its theses. Each thesis has a legal basis.''
     ''I am optimistic about tomorrow's decision of EU leaders on Turkey. It won't be right to make comment without reading the decision text. However, we feel at ease,'' he added.
