Police said they have broken up the group who allegedly trained terrorists against Turkey.

Police raided some buildings in several cities of Italy within the framework of operations conducted alongside parallel French, German, Belgian and Dutch operations against the terrorist organization PKK.

Venice's anti-terrorism police said in a statement that 11 people, 10 of them of Turkish origin, were taken under custody.

The suspects are accused of being members of an organization that provides the terrorist organization with militants, financial resources and logistic support.
