Transportation Minister Yildirim In Sudan

KHARTOUM (AA) - Turkish Transportation Minister Binali Yildirim opened Second International Building Materials and Construction Technologies Fair in Sudan on Wednesday.
     Delivering a speech at the opening, Yildirim said, ''economic and commercial relations between Turkey and Sudan improve rapidly. Trade volume between two countries is expected to be 100 million U.S. dollars this year and we aim to increase this amount to 200 million U.S. dollars next year.''
     Stressing, ''international fairs will contribute to development of this trade volume,'' Yildirim said, ''relations between our two countries will increase to higher levels by this way.''
     Yildirim said, ''45 Turkish firms attend this fair.''
     ''We attribute very much importance to relations with Sudan. Governments of two countries will continue to encourage businessmen and exert efforts to solve problems,'' he stated.
