Man in bin Laden mask shot in Costa Rica

SAN JOSE, Dec 15 (AFP) - A man wearing an Osama bin Laden mask and carrying a shotgun to scare motorists was shot and wounded by a nervous driver, authorities said Wednesday.
The impersonator of the Al-Qaeda leader was playing with children on the roadside when he went close to the car and was shot twice in the stomach by a driver who thought he was coming under attack.
The 50-year-old labourer was taken to hospital in the Costa Rican capital but his life was not in danger.
