President Abdullah Gül expressed discontentment over the manner of recent discussions and said that debates regardless of wording have caused tension and concerns.

President Gül urged cautiousness against seditions and provocations that aim to create separatism and disturb peace under various pretexts. Gül said that discussions in every democratic country are natural and there could be different views and approaches to problems regarding the country. However, everybody must act maturely within the framework of love and respect. I believe that our society will act maturely and with commonsense as was in the past, said Gül.

Speaker of the Turkish Grand National Assembly said that democracy platform and the august parliament are unique places to solve problems no matter how grave or complex they are. Noting that Turkish people have set on their way under the guidance of national will since the establishment of Turkish Grand National Assembly, _ahin said that Turkish nation has achieved the power and maturity to solve its problems within the principles of democracy and law.

Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdodan called on to not to leave any opportunity for circles that want to damage a brotherhood in Turkey and said "We will build a future together, hand in hand, shoulder by shoulder and heart to heart on the same homeland and under the same flag. Our hopes are big, our imagination is big and the goals we want to attain are also big. We will always keep alive this hope, this process of change and contentment."
