Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdodan is paying a two-day visit to Syria, with a group of ministers accompanying him for bilateral talks on a spate of issues ranging from economy and education to energy issues.
The Prime Minister is scheduled to have meeting with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
Turkish businessmen specifically pay attention to Erdodan's visit which is expected to produce tangible results for boosting bilateral trade.
Turkey and Syria have abolished visa requirements reciprocally.
