CAIRO (AA) - Turkish Tepe-Akfen-Vie (TAV) company signed on Saturday the contract on construction of the new domestic and international flights terminals of the Cairo Airport in Egyptian capital of Cairo.
TAV had formed a consortium with Egyptian ``Holding Company JV`` to implement the project, and won on June 15th, 2004 the tender for construction of the new domestic and international flights terminals of the Cairo Airport.
70 percent of the project will be financed by the World Bank, and the rest 30 percent by the Egyptian government.
The project is expected to be completed within 833 days.
