ISTANBUL - Fiat's auto sales in Turkey, in the first six months of 2009 exceeded 41.000.
A press release issued by FIAT said it continued to be Turkey's most preferred auto brand, with 16,285 passenger cars and 25,204 light commercial vehicles sold in the first half of the year. According to FIAT, 10,637 of these were sold only in June.
The press release said FIAT's Fiorino, Doblo and Albea models manufactured in Turkey contributed most to its total sales of 41,489 vehicles.
