`The Platform for condemning Decision on Orams' shall give a memorandum to the officials of British High Commissioner, European Union and United Nations on next Tuesday, June 9.
According to the statement made by the Platform, the action, where the memorandum will be submitted for signature, will begin in front of British High Commissioner at 09.30. After reading the memorandum, they will give it to the representative of the Commissioner. Then the activists will go to the Ledra Palace Border Gate and give the same memorandum to the officials of the EU and the UN.
In the statement with the heading "we could find some places to migrate in 1963 and 1974. But where will we migrate again now? We are condemning bigotry fanaticism of Greek Cypriots and also decision of Court of Justice of the European Communities on the Orams case", it was stated that decision of Court of Justice (ECJ) dated April 28 ignored completely all acquired rights of Turkish Cypriot people and the principles of political equality and bi-zonality, related with property issue and can form a basis for a solution in the UN process so far.
As parallel to this action, "Embargoed!" organization, which is located in England, has launched a signature campaign and made a study in order to submit a memorandum to the British Prime Minister on the same day, June 9.
DEMONSTRATION BY THE BRITISH PEOPLE IN SOUTH
The "Cyprus Property Action Group CPAG" which is founded by the British people and is active in the South Cyprus is going to make a demonstration by the participation of hundreds of people against the South Cyprus Leader Dimitris Hristofyas related to the continuing major problem of title deeds.
Cyprus Property Action Group which founded by the British people who are living in the South Cyprus and bought property there is preparing a demonstration for the first time to bring up their problems with the contractors and about failing to take their title deeds.
Big importance is given to the demonstration because it will be the fist one by the British people in the Cyprus history. By the demonstration which will be on Thursday British people living in South Cyprus will take to the streets for the fist time against the Cyprus Greek Administration.
ACCUSATION TO GREEK ADMINISTRATION BY AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL
The report for the year 2009 for Cyprus was declared by the Amnesty International. In the Amnesty International's report it has been said that there have been worries about the Greek Cypriot Administration's investigations about the two cases related to the missing persons in the 1963 ethnic clashes, because "they were insufficient, not impartial and not effective".
