ISTANBUL (AA) - Two of the accused were released during the Al Quaeda hearing in an Istanbul court on Monday.
72 suspects, who were alleged to be involved in bomb attacks between November 15th and 20th, last year in Istanbul, were under trial.
The Court judges decided to release Memis Arli and Burhan Perk considering the quality of the crime and lack of evidences.
Sixty-one people, including the bombers, had been killed and hundreds wounded in two days of violence in November 2003 after four truck bomb attacks on two synagogues, the British consulate and London-based HSBC bank.
