ANKARA - Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will leave for Poland on Wednesday for a two-day formal visit.
His ministry stated on Tuesday that Erdogan would pay his visit between May 13 and 15.
Turkish State Minister Zafer Caglayan, Transportation Minister Binali Yildirim, Energy & Natural Resources Minister Taner Yildiz and Tourism Minister Ertugrul Gunay will accompany Erdogan.
It will be the first visit from Turkey to Poland on prime minister level, said the ministry.
Officials will discuss to further develop relations between the two countries and they will exchange views about regional and international matters.
Erdogan will be received by Polish President Lech Kaczynski, and hold meetings with Polish Senate Speaker Bogdan Borusewicz and Polish Parliament Speaker Bronislaw Komorowski.
A declaration on establishment of Turkey-Poland Economic Partnership Committee will be signed during Erdogan's visit.
Also Turkey-Poland Economic Forum will be held with participation of businessmen of the two countries.
