ISTANBUL - Turkey's energy minister departed from Istanbul for Kazakhstan on Thursday.
Turkish Energy and Natural Resources Minister Hilmi Guler has left for the Kazakh capital of Astana upon an invitation from his Kazakh counterpart Sauat Mynbayev.
Guler, who will meet with Mynbayev on Friday, is expected to return to Turkey on April 4.
