ISTANBUL - Istanbul police seized 984 kilograms of illicit drugs during the operations which were staged in the city in the last month.
Police confiscated 343 kg of heroin, 245.5 kg of hashish, 5.5 kg of cocaine and some other illicit drugs in 193 operations staged in Istanbul.
A total of 440 people were detained in those operations.
