Turkish President To Travel To Iran

ANKARA - Turkish President Abdullah Gul will make a visit to Iran on March 10.
Gul will travel to Iran to attend the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) summit to be held in Tehran.
Pakistan, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan ve Tajikistan are members of the organization along with Iran and Turkey. Presidents of these countries are also invited to the summit.
The summit aims to boost economic and commercial relations between the member countries. Leaders will also discuss bilateral relations and regional issues.
President Gul is expected to return to Turkey following the summit meeting on March 11.
