Turkish Parliament Speaker Leaves For France

ISTANBUL - Turkish Parliament Speaker Koksal Toptan left for French capital city Paris to attend a meeting of the parliament speakers of the EU-member and candidate countries.
Toptan is set to meet with Gerard Larcher, president of the French Senate.
Later, he will attend the meeting of EU parliament speakers which will focus on future of the Union as an institution.
A meeting "Europe and Crisis Management: Participation of Parliaments" will be held on the sidelines of the gathering.
