Syrian Foreign Minister Arrives In Ankara

ANKARA - Syrian Foreign Minister Farouk al-Shara arrived in Ankara on Monday.
Shara told reporters that he arrived in Ankara as the guest of Turkish Foreign Minister & Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul.
Shara said that he brought a message from Syrian President Bashar al-Asad for Turkish President Ahmet Necdet Sezer about recent developments in the region.
Shara will meet Gul today and he will attend a dinner tomorrow which will be hosted by Gul.
President Sezer will receive Shara tomorrow. They will discuss relations between Turkey and Syria besides regional and international issues.
