Girl killed in landslide in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 6 (AFP) - An eight-year-old girl was killed in a landslide triggered by heavy rains in Malaysia that also caused traffic chaos in the capital Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas, police said Saturday.
The girl, Haseenah Azman, was sleeping when a landslide crashed down on her home after a three-hour downpour late Friday, a police spokesman told AFP.
Rescuers found her body after a two-hour search, he said.
The downpour also caused flash floods in several parts of the Klang Valley, which includes the capital, that turned roads into waterways and caused widespread traffic snarls during the Friday evening rush hour.
