England set for Dutch friendly

LONDON (AFP) - England will play a friendly against the Netherlands at Villa Park on February 9, coach Sven-Goran Eriksson said.
It will be the third friendly against the Dutch under Eriksson with England losing 2-0 in August 2001 at White Hart Lane and drawing 1-1 at the Amsterdam ArenA in February 2002.
"I'm delighted we are playing such attractive opposition in our February fixture," Eriksson said. "Holland are regarded as one of the finest teams in world football, and this will be a match I'm sure our players and supporters will particularly look forward to.
"As a coach, I have had to prepare my teams to contend with (Marco) van Basten the player - so it will be interesting preparing a team selected by van Basten the coach!"
