ANKARA - Turkish Parliament Speaker Bulent Arinc and parliamentary commissions will have a busy diplomacy traffic till December 17th when the EU would make a decision whether to open entry talks with Turkey, sources told the A.A on Thursday.
In this regard Arinc will host Belgian House of Representatives Speaker Hermann de Core and the accompanying delegation between November 28th and December 1st.
A delegation of Italian Senate will also visit Ankara between November 30th and December 3rd.
European Parliament President Josep Borrell Fontelles will come to Turkey on December 2nd as the guest of Arinc.
Meanwhile, Arinc will pay a state visit to Spain between November 17th and 21st. Besides the bilateral relations between Turkey and Spain, Turkey's EU membership will be high on agenda of Arinc's meetings.
On the other hand a delegation of Turkish Parliament's EU Adjustment Commission will pay visits to Sweden, Finland, Spain, Portugal and France in November. Members of the Commission will attend meetings of Technical Assistance Information Exchange Union (TAIEX), EU Parliaments' Society and European Affairs Commission. They are also scheduled to participate at the Turkish-Italian Forum between November 24th and 27th.
The Commission will also host Irish and German parliamentary delegations.
Members of the Turkish Parliament's Foreign Affairs Commission will go to Belgium in November after attending Turkish-Italian Forum. Later, the Commission will host members of Estonian Parliament Foreign Affairs Commission between November 22nd and 25th.
Organization for Security & Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Parliamentary Assembly Turkish Group is scheduled to attend a meeting of OSCE in Bulgarian capital Sofia on November 11th and 12th.
NATO Parliamentary Assembly Turkish Group will attend the 50th Annual General Assembly in Venice, Italy, between November 12th and 16th.
