ISTANBUL - The Turkish Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association (TUSIAD) will co-sponsor a seminar titled ''New Industry Centers in Turkey and Sectoral Developments'' with the Italian Confederation of Industrialists (CONFINDUSTRIA) in Milano today (Thursday).
Organizations such as the Federation of West Anatolian Industrialists' and Businessmen's Associations (BASIFED), Federation of East and Southeast Anatolian Industrialists' and Businessmen's Associations (DOGUNSIFED) and Federation of Sectoral Associations (SEDEFED) will also be contributors to the seminar.
Opening speeches will be delivered by CONFINDUSTRIA international member Giuseppe Castelli, TUSIAD International Deputy Chairman Hasan Bengu and SEDEFED President Gungor Kesci.
According to a statement issued by TUSIAD, the seminar is designed to ''promote investments in Turkey and Italy.''
''TUSIAD will carry out similar seminars and meetings in other prominent European cities in order to attract more foreign investments in Turkey,'' officials said.
