Three rocket launchers found in Prague river

PRAGUE, Oct 26 (AFP) - Three anti-tank rocket launchers have been discovered in recent days in the river Vltava in central Prague, police in the Czech capital said Tuesday.
According to spokeswoman Eva Miklikova the weapons, of the RPG (rocket-propelled grenade) 75 type, were found by accident by divers on an exercise. They were in fairly good condition.
"Experts are examining the weapons to see if they were operational," Miklikova said.
In October 2001, a month after the Al-Qaeda attacks on New York and Washington, a rocket-launcher of the same type was found near Prague's international airport, about a kilometre (1,100 yards) from the main runway.
Police do not know how it came to be there.
