Treasury To Hold Two Auctions

ANKARA - The Treasury will conduct two auctions tomorrow (Tuesday) to sell bonds and state notes.
Accordingly, the auctions will involve 287-day Treasury bills and 532-day discounted state notes, both denominated in Turkish lira (TL).
The value date of both bills is Wednesday, October 27th and the maturity date is set to be August 10th, 2005 for the bonds and April 12th, 2006 for the state notes.
The Treasury will make a domestic debt payment of 6,456 trillion TL to the market this week, for a total of 7,058 trillion TL (1 U.S. dollar=nearly 1,5 million TL).
