ANKARA - Russian President Vladimir Putin would visit Turkey at the beginning of December, diplomatic sources said on Friday.
Recalling that the Russian president had to postpone his visit to Turkey, which was scheduled for September 2nd, due to the terrorist act staged in North Ossetia, diplomatic sources said that Putin was planning to visit Turkey in the second week of December.
The same sources added that Putin's visit would further improve Turkish-Russian relations.
