Turkey To Be Promoted In Europe

ANKARA - ''Turkey's historical and natural beauties, economy and educational system will be promoted in European Union (EU) member countries before the European Council to be held on December 17th'', sources said on Friday. (The European Council will decide whether and when to open membership negotiations with Turkey on December 17th.)
Sources said that a group comprised of a journalist and a cameraman working at the press & audio-visual section of the European Commission would shoot a film promoting Turkey to be broadcast on Commission's Europe by Satellite (EbS), the European Union's TV news agency.
The sources noted that the journalist and cameraman would arrive in Turkey on October 24th and shoot the promotion film in several regions of Turkey, starting from capital Ankara, till November 10th.
The journalist and cameraman will also focus on ethnic matters and Turkish state-run TRT channels broadcasts in Kurdish language, and interview with announcers.
