Airbus Contract To Be Signed With France Worth 2.8 Bn Dollars

BERLIN - Bela Anda, German government spokesperson, stated in Berlin that ''the Airbus contract to be signed between Turkey and France is worth 2.8 bn Dollars.'' According to Anda, ''Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan shall meet the German Chancellor Gerhard Schroder and French President Jacques Chirac on October 26 and will sign a contract aiming the purchase of 36 Airbus planes by Turkish Airlines (THY).''
