Northern Cyprus Government Resigns

LEFKOSA - Prime Minister Mehmet Ali Talat of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) submitted the resignation of Republican Turkish Party (CTP)-Democrat Party (DP) coalition government to President Rauf Denktas this morning.
Denktas accepted the resignation of the government.
Denktas told reporters that he will decide soon who will form the new government.
Talat and DP leader and Foreign Minister Serdar Denktas will hold a joint news conference at TRNC Parliament.
